    Daphene Prince Southerland, age 92, died Friday February 27, 2015. She was born on January 26th, 1923. Daughter of Will & Cora Sealy Prince, Daphene grew up in New DeRoche AR. In October, 1939 she married Herman H. Southerland. Daphene retired as a cook from Bismarck School.
    Daphene is predeceased by her parents, her husband, sister Mary Frances Prince, Brothers, Waymond Prince & J.T. Prince.
    Survivors include son, Bill (Linda) Southerland of Hot Springs, AR; Daughters, Pat (Mickey) McGuire of Hot Springs, AR, Sue (Travis) Burris of Lytle, Texas , Shirley Kinnaird-Spears of Hot Springs AR; Grandchildren, Ron (Jeanne) McGuire of Jessieville, AR, Don McGuire of Hot Springs, AR, Brenda Southerland of Pearcy, AR, Kim Southerland of Pennsylvania, Sheryll Kinnaird of Hot Springs, AR, Debora (Jim) Ellis of Georgia, Angie (Rob) Martinez of San Antonio TX; Great Grandchildren, Katie (Nate) Hall, Ronnie McGuire II, Gabriel Issa, Elena Southerland, Marcus Southerland, Ianna Martinez, Issac Martinez; Sister, Delores (Jackie) Cansler of New DeRoche, AR; Brother, Eldridge (Claudine) Prince of Hot Springs, AR; also a host of nieces, nephews & friends.
    Services will be held 10:00 AM Monday March 2nd, 2015 at Prairie Bayou Church with Brother Neil Matlock and Brother Nate Hall officiating. Visitation will be after the service in the Fellowship Hall of the church. Pall Bearers will be the grandsons & nephews, David Cansler, Ron McGuire, Don McGuire, Ronnie McGuire II, Dewayne Cansler, Marcus Southerland, Wendall Prince, & Weldon Prince. Honorary Pallbearers are the staff at Encore Health & Rehab. Memorials may be made to Prairie Bayou Cemetery Fund, Elderie Efird, 20133 HWY 84 Malvern, 72104.
